Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Annika Inez purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less your shipping and handling cost. We will gladly accept unworn merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and Annika Inez is not responsible for return shipping. Returns must be pre-paid and shipped via an insured delivery provider (UPS, or FedEx). It takes 10-12 business days to process your return. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

If you have received an incorrect item or if the item was damaged upon arrival, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. Annika Inez will issue a call tag for return shipping from you to us and send a replacement back to you at no cost. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

For all returns or replacements please email us at or call 718.488.0400 to receive a return authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be marked on the outside of the package. Packages without an RA number will not be accepted.

All sale merchandise is final sale.

We cannot offer merchandise exchanges. If you would like one item in place of another, simply return your original purchase by following the above 'Return Guidelines' and place a new order for the item you would like.

In the case of jewelry being damaged over time, we are able to offer repairs for a fee. Charges are assessed once the item for repair has been received and evaluated by our team. To request repairs, please contact our office at 718.488.0400 or for a return authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be marked on the outside of the package. Packages sent without RA numbers will not be accepted.

Annika Inez is not responsible for shipping and handling charges. Merchandise must be shipped via an insured delivery provider (USPS, UPS, or FEDEX).

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping includes all 50 states and Puerto Rico. We use UPS or FedEx for all Domestic orders and offer standard ground as well as expedited services.

Please allow between 3-4 business days for your standard shipping order to be processed and shipped. Free ground shipping applies to all 50 states and Puerto Rico via UPS on all orders $50 and over, before tax. Orders requiring expedited shipping must be placed before 12-noon EST to ensure same day shipping.

Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping

International orders will be shipped via FedEx.

FedEx time in transit is typically 3-4 business days, however, please refer to your selected carrier’s website to calculate the time in transit. You can also email us at for assistance. Free FedEx International Priority shipping applies to all orders $150 and over, before tax.

All orders shipped outside of the US may be subject to local customs fees or duties. Every country has different procedures and fees for incoming packages. Annika Inez does not have information on customs or duties and we are not able to estimate these charges. Customs processing may delay packages.

Product Care and Information

Though Annika Inez jewelry has been designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards, please note that many styles are delicate and require gentle handling. Proper care and maintenance will preserve the beauty and shine of your Annika Inez jewelry. When jewelry is not being worn, always store it in your Annika Inez pouch or in a jewelry box.

14kt Gold Filled. 14kt gold filled is a technique in which 14kt gold is heat bonded to a core of brass. 14kt gold filled is legally required to contain 1/20th of its weight in gold which is a much higher gold content than gold plating. This creates a product that will not fade and has the sheen of pure gold. Care should be taken when cleaning to protect the layer of gold from being worn away or nicked. Do not use abrasive compounds to clean the jewelry. The best way to care for your jewelry is to gently scrub it with an old, soft toothbrush and a mild dish washing liquid. Rinse and lay on a towel to dry. Be sure it is completely dry before storing.

Sterling Silver. Exposure to air, dust or other elements, particularly those containing salt and sulfur, may cause sterling silver to tarnish more rapidly.  However, silver that is regularly used typically needs less care. Annika Inez encourages you to enjoy and wear your silver jewelry every day. There are a number of non-abrasive polishes on the market specifically designed to remove tarnish.  Always read the warning label and take care when using polishes on your jewelry.

Other materials. An "oxidized" (labeled as OXSS) finish is the deliberate blackening of crevices in the ornamentation of a sterling silver object to make its decorative details stand out more clearly. Take care as this finish can be removed by overzealous cleaning and polishing.

How do I become a registered user for this site?

To become a registered member of this site, click 'Log In' then 'Customer' on the menu bar under 'New Customer' and enter your information. Then click 'Submit.' You will an email confirming your registration.

How do I sign in to this site?

To sign in to your customer account, click 'Log In,' followed by 'Customer' on the home page menu bar. Enter your e-mail address and password.

How do I sign out of this site?

To sign out of your customer account, click 'Log Out' on the menu bar. You will return to the home page. If 'Log Out' does not appear on the menu bar, then you are not currently signed in to the site.

What if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click 'Log In' on the menu bar to access the 'Sign In' screen. At the bottom of the page, click on the 'Forgot your password?' link. Once you reach the password retrieval page, you may enter your e-mail address, and then click 'Submit.' We will send your password to the e-mail address we have on file for your account.

Can I update my account contact information?

To update your contact information you must first 'Sign In.' Click 'My Account' on the menu bar to access your account information. Select the profile for which you wish to update the contact information. Make your changes and then click 'Save.'

Can I change my e-mail address and password?

To update your e-mail address and password you must first 'Sign In.' Click 'My Account' on the menu bar to access your account information and then select 'Change E-mail Address and Password' from the 'My Account' menu. You may update your e-mail address, first and last name, and change your password. Then click 'Save.'

Can I view my previous orders placed on this site?

To view your order history you must first 'Sign In.' Click 'My Account' then Account dashboard on the menu bar to access your account information. Select 'View Order History' from the Account dashboard menu. Then select the order number for the order you wish to view.
